The Problem

Beacon40 is a Techstars alum that produces award-winning 40 Hz therapeutic lamps, which enhance brain health and improve users’ sleep.

They had established a strong direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, but wanted to accelerate growth through reseller partnerships with retailers and leading health + wellness brands.

Our Solution

Congruity developed a Go-to-Market strategy that included Email, Social, Live Events, Inbound management and Partner engagement, working closely with Beacon40’s marketing and operations teams.

We engaged more than 200 new logos and led dozens of discovery meetings to surface a handful of high-value new opportunities that grew Beacon40’s B2B revenues by more than 20x.

The Outcome

Within 3 months of hiring Congruity, Beacon40 had closed its first bulk sale to a national e-commerce retailer and signed reseller partnerships with two major e-commerce platforms boasting a combined monthly active user base of more than 8 million.

This helped the team meet and exceed their B2B revenue goal, something that didn’t even seem possible just a few months before. Sales from B2B partnerships grew more than 20x vs. the previous year, establishing a vital new revenue stream for this growing, mission-driven company.
