Michael McAtavey

Michael is a sales leader with a proven ability to develop repeatable strategies that engage C-suite decision-makers and deliver new business revenue.

Prior to founding Congruity he worked with brands like TIME, FORTUNE and The Economist to develop new revenue streams in marketing services, advertising, and content creation & distribution.

He has built multimillion-dollar books of business from the ground up, and advised clients like Bank of America, BlackRock, Citi, Prudential, Publicis Sapient, Genpact and SAP on marketing strategy.

Earlier in his career Michael worked in investment banking, where he specialized in marketing investment opportunities to new clients in international markets including Western Europe and East Asia.

Michael holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from the University of New Hampshire.
